Spreading Holiday Cheer at the 8th Annual Toy Giveaway

Los Angeles, California Dec 14, 2023 (Issuewire.com) – FATHERS AND MOTHERS WHO CARE HOSTS 8TH ANNUAL TOY GIVEAWAY SUPPORTING FAMILIES THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

This holiday season, Pierre’s Christmas Tree Lot is partnering with Raising the Bar and FMWC to hold the 8th Annual Toy Giveaway on Saturday, December 16th from 12 pm to 4 pm. Over 500 toys will be given away to children in need within the local community.

The annual event is hosted at Pierre’s Christmas Tree Lot located at 837 Imperial Hwy and Vermont Ave. This heartwarming giveaway helps spread holiday cheer to disadvantaged families during the most wonderful time of the year.

“Raising the Bar is honored to support this impactful community event for the eighth year in a row,” said Angela Uzondu, founder of Raising the Bar. “Providing toys and holiday joy to children in need resonates strongly with our mission of community service.”

“FMWC is thrilled to once again take part in bringing holiday magic to children in our community,” said Linda Kelly, FMWC. “The smiles on these kids’ faces remind us that the spirit of the season is truly about giving.”

“We are dedicating this year’s toy giveaway to the memory of Roland Jackson of Plant Health Compton, who was a big supporter of this event for many years,” said Duane Jackson. “Roland truly loved bringing joy to children during the holidays.

The toy giveaway is made possible thanks to the generous support and toy donations from sponsors including Councilmember Holly Mitchell’s office, Quickbooks, Intuit Latinos Network, Hollywood Ghostbusters, IamCompton, WeCupCake, Culture, BlacksinMotion, Kiip, L2Live, and more.

Children must be present during the event to receive a toy and admission is free for all families. In addition to the toy giveaway, the event will feature photos with Santa, food, and holiday music.

“We look forward to putting smiles on children’s faces and making the holiday season brighter for families in need,” said Pierre Jackson, owner of Pierre’s Christmas Tree Lot. “It’s all about giving back and making Christmas wishes come true.”
