Miles earned a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA), Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master of Business Administration at the University of Denver. He holds numerous certifications and designations, including Certified Inclusive Leader Facilitator, Certified Race Matters Facilitator, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Development Dimensions International (DDI) Master Facilitator, Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM), and WorkPlace Big Five 4.0 certifications.
