Pizza Snob in Denton TX, Celebrates Its 1.5 Millionth Pizza Sold Anniversary

Pizza Snob is celebrating their 1.5 Millionth Pizza Sold, which commemorates 9 amazing years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Denton, Texas-based pizza restaurant, which has provided gourmet + unique pizza options to Pizza Enthusiasts since 2013.

Pizza Snob got it’s start in when founders Rick Shultz, John Wald & Jim Wisniewski saw an opportunity to bring to market a different type of pizza experience.

One of the earliest challenges Pizza Snob faced was getting those that visited their restaurant to think of pizza in a different way. Their pizzas and ingredients are perfect for experimenting and creating the perfect pizza.

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Pizza Snob are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too! According to Rick Schultz, one of the owners, the restaurtant is getting ready to celebrate one such victory. “We are on the verge of selling our 1.5 millionth pizza! We think that is a fantastic accomplishment and plan a big celebration for when it happens.”

Monica Switalski, General Manager at Pizza Snob in Denton, was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Pizza Snob’s history is our upcoming 1.5 millionth pizza sold, celebration. It is a huge milestone for us and the many employees over the years who have helped make this happen.”

According to Mark Devincentis, a business consultant from Massachusetts working with the company, “We are going to sell our 1.5 millionth pizza in the next 6-8 weeks. We plan on prizes for the person who purchases that pizza and a celebration of this milestone for the company. It is going to be a fun and exciting event!”

Another of Pizza Snob’s Founders, John Wald said “We’re delighted to be celebrating our 10th Year Anniversary and the selling of our 1.5 millionth pizza. I believe the secret to our success is that we use ingredients of the highest quality. Our recipe and ingredient chef, Jim Wisniewski is highly focused on only delivering the best products and ingredients to our guests.”

Pizza Snob currently has 14 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to open up another location in the DFW area and they are also looking to franchise restaurants and territories in the near future..

The Pizza Snob ownership group would like to thank friends, customers, as well as all its current and former employees for their support over the last 10 years, that allowed them to be in a position to celebrate 1.5 million pizzas sold. “Our people are central to our success. We have had some fantastic employees over the last 10 years and we can’t thank them enough”, Rick Schultz added.
