Marc Robert Steinberg served as the managing partner of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford from 1980 through 2013. He joined the firm in 1976. Mr. Steinberg also practices alternate dispute resolution and business and commercial litigation.

As an accomplished attorney and a former Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney, Marc Robert Steinberg helped, organized, and started the Montgomery American Inn of Court when he served as the Montgomery Trial Lawyers Association president. He is the past president of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Foundation, and the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association. He also sat as a Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL).

Mr. Steinberg graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1973 and holds an Undergraduate Degree from Pennsylvania State University. Since 1997, he has served as a Civil Discovery Master for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and co-founded the Criminal Defense Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association, serving as its chairman or co-chairman from 1988 to 1996.

Besides his affiliations with prestigious associations and memberships, Marc Robert Steinberg is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Montgomery Bar Association in criminal and civil areas. For 25 years, he taught Trial Advocacy at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University, impacting the next generation of attorneys. He is also a Past President of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), a non-profit corporation providing free legal services to abused and neglected children involved in court cases.
