Sarah walks through the streets of Jersey City, often early in the morning, to find graffiti art that is both skillful and meaningful. One example is an image of two women in profile with flowers in their hair, positioned against a richly textured background and captured on a wall next to railroad tracks, on the hill between Jersey City and Hoboken. “When I saw this image I immediately loved it,” says Sarah. “It conveys a feeling of everyday women, two friends going about their daily activities, looking like they have agency and business to take care of.”
