After 21 years in the Naval service riding nuclear submarines, Jim and his late wife, Leeanne traded Navy life to working in the For-Profit Education Industry where they hired employees, managers and professors. During the process of hiring these new employees their experience using the available Background Check Process proved to be very time consuming, challenging, frustrating and difficult. They thought that there had to be a better, more effective and easier way for employers, non-profit organizations and property managers to verify candidates so they could make the best hiring and rental decisions.
