This recently announced training opportunity at Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy allows anyone with a high school diploma or relevant MedSpa work experience to enroll in aesthetician training, using a new hybrid online and offline learning system.

Using this newly available training program, students can complete the bulk of their education while working from home, or anywhere with an internet connection. At the end of their online training, students will be required to spend one week getting hands-on experience at a Dermysk Academy to complete their certification.

After completing the Basic training program, students will be fully certified in up to a dozen popular MedSpa techniques, including laser hair or tattoo removal, laser pigmentation treatments, and fractional ablation. With their Basic certification, students will be able to work in a local MedSpa, open a home business, or return to the Academy for Advanced training.

In the Advanced program, which requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience or graduation from the Basic program, students will learn several complex techniques and a range of industry-specific business strategies. Graduates from the Advanced program will earn their certification for Cool Sculpting, laser gynecology, and advanced micro-needling techniques.

However, students planning to attend both the Basic and Advanced programs may choose an alternative training option, which provides the full range of similar or advanced certifications, through a single course. This Master-level training course covers all the content included in the Basic and Advanced training, as well as exclusive content not found elsewhere.

All graduates from the Dermysk Academy will also be enrolled in the school’s after-graduate support program. This complimentary program helps trained MedSpa workers find beneficial work opportunities, placement for advanced training, and new industry connections.
